Disneyland

We went to Disneyland again this year. It was crazy crowded, but we still managed to have a great time.
Enjoy!

Tram ride into the park with Grandpa Rich. So excited!

Aunt Jena and Hannah.

Me and Natalie.

Our first ride was the canoe ride. I got to sit in front of a little girl named Emily who splashed me with the freezing cold water the entire time. Stephen fell backwards off his seat and dropped his oar into the water. Who's idea was this ride anyway?! First and last time for that one:)

Uncle Shawn, Hannah, Grandma Sally, and Stephen.

Nat and Shawn on Buzz Light Year.

Does somebody look tired? Buzz Light Year is Stephen's favorite ride.

Me and Hannah on Buzz Light Year.

Stephen and Aunt Jena in Mickey's house. Always time for a little geography lesson:)

Stephen was so excited to meet Mickey!

On the tram back to the car:) Tired, but happy:)

Grandpa with his two favorite little people:)

We ate at Mimi's after we left and caught the fireworks show on the way out. Daddy and Stephen.

This happened after about 2 minutes in the car. What a day!

Brodie and Stephen Tug-o-War

As Stephen gets older, Brodie is beginning to trust him more and play with him more, too. They have a blast together. This is their latest game they play.

Fun in the Mountains

After Christmas this year we headed up to the mountains to celebrate a late holiday with the Pearsons, the Andruczyks, and the Boyds. We had a blast.
Take a look!
Don was last in line to borrow ski clothes. He got stuck with the race car driver suit:)

Hehehehehe! Vroom!

Let's go sledding!

Me and Nate hanging out.

Shawn and Hannah after a sledding session.

Crazy Natalie going down our run in the drive way head first and on her back.

Don was the muscle behind constructing a sledding path from the top of the driveway all the way to the bottom. Trust me, it is a very loooong driveway with a curve and all!

Here we go! Notice Stephen's death grip on my pants--but he's cracking a smile!

At the top of the path. Scared?!

Shawn and Hannah. Hannah was a champ! You couldn't get her off that sled!

Grandma Sally introduced Stephen to a new snack that has quickly become his favorite. Yogurt with berries in it. We have it all the time at home now and we've even added crushed graham crackers to it. You should try it, Grandma!

Yum!

Stephen and Hannah became such good friends this week. Here is the two of them enjoying a movie and some popcorn in Grandma and Grandpa's bed.

Family shot. Missing Don--he had to work the first part of the week.

Stephen with Hannah and Uncle Shawn.

Stephen with Grandpa Rich and the cool new surfboard chalkboard that he made him.

Grandma and Grandpa Pearson. Oh, and the pretty new counter top! Grandma got a new kitchen from Santa this year:)

The Tale of Despereaux

We all went to see the movie, The Tale of Despereaux. It was cute and the kids had fun. They actually met Despereaux and he gave them cool stuff like a t-shirt, mask, magnets, and bookmarks. Thought this was a cute picture:)

Christmas Morning

We had a wonderful Christmas. We were surrounded by family and were all able to relax and enjoy each other's company. We are thankful for our many blessings and are hoping for a prosperous and healthy 2009!
Could it be a baseball bat?.....

Police cars from Alayna...how did she know that I love cars? Oh, yeah...I have like a million of them!

Good stuff in the stocking! My stocking is the same one my Great-Grandpa Pearson used when he was a little boy!

Brodie anxiously awaiting his Christmas treats!

My goodness! That was a lot of work!

Brodie enjoyed his Christmas gifts too!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas at The Pattons' House

We went to my brother and sister-in-law's house for
Christmas dinner. Great fun with the whole family!

Opening presents at cousins' house.

Watching cousin Elan with Grandma and Aunt Ronna.

Hanging with Uncle Jim watching Elf.

Elan and Stephen--best buds eating Christmas dinner.

Chloe opening presents.

Devin and Jordan--the two biggest Twilight fans.

Oh, Edward! He's so dreamy...for a vampire:)

Me and Dad:)

Cookies for Santa

Yum! Yum! Stephen made cookies for Santa! When he saw Santa last week, he pointed at him and said, "We're making you cookies. Do you like chocolate chip?"
They weren't chocolate chip, but they sure were yummy!

Mixing the batter...

A little help from "Grandma Cookie."

Spreading the icing...

Don't they look tasty?!

Letter to Santa...in his very own words, "Thank you for dropping presents." Hehehe! And of course, we had to draw a race car on the letter!

Arranging them perfectly on the fire place...

Admiring his work...
